Customers:

• We are wholesale manufacturer & we work with wholesalers, dealers, brands, motorcycle shops, companies etc.
• We do not entertain individual’s retail enquiries.
• We work for our customer’s brands & they can customize our products with their brand name/logos.
• Beside our catalog products we also develop customized products for our customer’s brands as per their requirements.

Prices:

• Our all prices mentioned in price list are ex-factory (FOB) Sialkot prices.
• Transportation costs varies for different countries.
• Our price list can obtain from us directly through email or whatsApp.

Payments:

• We accept payments in two ways bank transfers to company’s bank accounts & online payments through debit/credit cards. All major & orders payments are subjected to bank transfers whereas small or sample payments also accepted through payoneer from Visa & Master cards.
• For samples & small orders we receive full payments in advance whereas for big orders & shipments we offer our customers a percentage in advance & balance etc.

Samples:

• For all samples we charge full payment in advance as our company do not offer free samples.
• Sampling time depends on quantity & nature of samples. Estimated time mentioned on proforma invoices.

Orders:

• All invoices are on company’s letter pad & sign stamped.
• Order’s time depends on quantity & nature of models. Estimated time mentioned on proforma invoices.

Shipping:

• Company move shipments within the given time frame & transportation time depends on the service selected by the customers.

Privacy:

• We do not reveal our customer’s details, designs etc. to other customers even not for reference purposes.
• All articles, models must be unique between different customers.
